I’m excited to write a recommendation for Senthil. During our time at CollabNet he was such a creative and collaborative partner. During the launch of our TeamForge product, we launched a successful creative ad campaign that included unique character illustrations and Senthil offered to build out the creative beyond the display ads with an integrated strategy that included updating our website, product sheets, and email templates to align with the illustrations. This creativity and vision allowed us to scale our brand and awareness efforts into full funnel efforts and was accomplished in such a short period of time. What he created was ingenious and showed his ability to think strategically, take initiative and go above and beyond just the technical needs of development and design in a way that truly communicated the brand. His vision and conceptual insights required no updates or second round of changes. I want to reiterate that this was created at the sole initiation of Senthil and never once impacted his day-to-day responsibilities and deadlines.
